Join Indigenous Wikiproject Community

Join the Indigenous Peoples of North America Wikiproject.

The Indigenous Peoples of North American Wikiproject aims to improve, maintain, and organize the information in articles related to Indigenous peoples of the Americas. If you want to keep increasing the representation of Indigenous peoples and topics on Wikipedia, you can join this community and help make edits!


Instructions

  • Read the main page to learn more about the project and what articles and Wikipedia tasks they’ve identified that need to be done
  • Sign up as a participant on the participant page. Click “Edit Source” in the top right bar. You’ll add your name to the list of participants by providing an internal link to your username on the source editor using this code: [[User:Username|Username]]. Feel free to write a brief bio as well.
  • Check out the list of red link articles and To Do page for articles that need editing. You can also assess articles to help identify ones to edit. Follow the instructions on their Articles page.
